Lindsay Lohan Banned From Hotel for Failing to Pay Nearly $50K

AceShowbiz - In Lindsay Lohan's world, one trouble leads to another. The "Liz & Dick" actress reportedly has been banned from Chateau Marmont after failing to pay $46,350.04 in bills.

Lohan stayed at the lavish hotel for 47 days between June and July. She consumed from the minibar at $3,145.07 and bought 49 packs of cigarettes for $686 throughout her stay. She dined at the restaurant for $1,992.07 on Fourth of July and used room service for $685.96 that day. In addition, she ordered Chateau candle for $100.

A letter from the hotel's manager, which has been obtained by TMZ stated that Lohan has been asked to pay the extravagant amount repeatedly but she never made the payment. She was told to pack her stuff on August 1 at 12 P.M. and then banned from returning.

It was just this week that Lohan was accused of stealing a number of jewelries from her good friend Sam Magid's house. However, she is not going to be charged for the theft. L.A. County Deputy District Attorney Deborah L. Kranze explained, "We do not have sufficient evidence to prove this case beyond a reasonable doubt."
