Despite the sighting of Russell and Geri at the Hampton Court Palace over the weekend, they are not having a romantic relationship.

AceShowbiz - Although Russell Brand and Geri Halliwell have been spotted enjoying a weekend in London together, it doesn't mean that they are dating. A source tells E! News that the former husband of Katy Perry and the Ginger Spice are just friends and have been out a few times.
The British funnyman and the Spice Girls star reportedly held hands when caught on camera at Hampton Court Palace with her six-year-old daughter Bluebell Madonna. "Geri was holding his hand the same way I hold my wife's. It was so cute," 37-year-olf Greg Oram of Herefordshire told The Sun.
"I thought it was the most random thing ever to see Russell Brand of all people in a place like that - until my wife pointed out he was with a Spice Girl. They seemed like they were having a really great time, holding hands and chatting - it was 100 per cent obvious they were a couple," the onlooker said.
A so-called friend of Russell claimed that the comedian broke up with his girlfriend Isabella Brewster to be with Geri. "Things are getting very serious between them - they're a proper couple now. They had met several times in the past, but really got to know each other during the Olympics," the pal stated.
Both Russell and Spice Girls were performers at the closing ceremony of the Olympic Games on August 12. Melanie Brown posted a picture of the girls hanging out with him backstage. After the event, Russell gushed about Geri, "It's like going back to 1996. I've got a massive crush on Geri Halliwell, so everything in the world was as it should be."
"People thought Russell was joking at the time, when he said he had a crush on Geri all over again, but it was true," his friend said. "They just clicked - they have so much in common. They've exactly the same sense of humor and are serious about clean living."
Russell have been spotted going with Isabella many times, but he never confirmed their relationship until last month. "Some things in the newspaper aren't true...that's true, actually," he told Howard Stern. His ex-wife Katy was romantically linked to Florence and the Machine's Robert Ackroyd and recently split from John Mayer after a brief dating.
