The former husband of Whitney Houston enters rehab facility after enjoying a honeymoon with Alicia Etheredge in Mexico.

AceShowbiz - Bobby Brown is looking forward to being a better role model for his children. The New Edition star, who was arrested for DUI last March, is said to be "in a good place" after checking himself into rehab to help battle alcohol addiction.
"Bobby's children and loved ones are very proud of him. We appreciate his fans prayers and well wishes," his manager wife Alicia Etheredge says as quoted by The Hollywood Reporter. The couple got married in Honolulu, Hawaii last June.
"Mr. Brown takes his agreement very seriously and admitted himself three weeks after concluding his honeymoon in Mexico during a break from the New Edition tour," his lawyer Christopher Brown adds. "Bobby is doing well and receiving services that comply with his agreement with the State of California."
Bobbi Kristina, his only daughter with ex-wife Whitney Houston, however, sang different tune. When asked by TMZ if he's "rising above" his alcohol issues, she said, " 'Rise above' is not the word you should use. Not at all."
