AceShowbiz - Rumer Willis shows off PDA with her new boyfriend Jayson Blair. The daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis, who's turning 24 on August 16, was caught on camera giving the Max Owens of "The Hard Times of RJ Berger" a quick peck outside a cafe in Los Angeles during an outing recently.
They reportedly met "over cocktails through mutual friends" and started dating in early June. They got cozy at West Hollywood's Bagatelle restaurant. "From the second she sat down, he had his arm around her shoulder and they were laughing, flirting and seemed very into each other," an eyewitness told PEOPLE.
Rumer tweeted over the weekend, hyping up her upcoming birthday, "5 days til my bday...can't wait to spend time with my family." On early Thursday, she informed her followers that she spent the day with her close friend and 28-year-old beau, "Happy Birthday Me...with my two favorite people @anniestarke1 and @jayson_blair."
