Both Rihanna's former fling and her ex-boyfriend are slapped with a lawsuit for encouraging a fight and therefore circumventing 'the nightclubs' extensive efforts to ensure a safe environment.'

AceShowbiz - Drake and Chris Brown are named defendants in a lawsuit filed by Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. who owns the trademark to the Greenhouse name. The two stars are slapped with $16 million suit for "gross negligence," "ultrahazardous activity" and "intentional illegal acts" over their fight at the joint clubs Greenhouse and WiP.
In the legal papers obtained by NYPost, the plaintiff notes Drizzy and Breezy "shared a grudge against the other arising out of their romantic relationships with the same woman," who is believed to be Rihanna. When the two stars "crossed paths" at the club on June 14, they "began to fight violently with each other."
It was claimed that the two parties, back then, "each arrived with his own small army of bodyguards, 'security' personnel, employees, friends and other members of their entourage, consisting of at least 15 heavily built men trained and/or experienced in hand-to-hand and weapons combat."
They encouraged their entourages "to join the fight, which erupted into a violent brawl on a massive scale." Both groups "fashioned deadly weapons out of whatever materials they could find, including glasses, alcohol bottles and furniture, thereby circumventing the nightclubs' extensive efforts to ensure a safe environment."
"On defendant Brown and and defendant Drake's instructions, their two posses had at each other, throwing highball glasses laden with alcohol, shattering the handles of bottles of spirits to use as makeshift knives, and even throwing full bottles at each other. Within seconds, defendants filled an already packed nightclub full of flying glass shrapnel."
"Terrorized patrons ran for cover using banquettes and tables as improvised shields. Most were unable to protect themselves," the plaintiff continues. "Several patrons were severely injured, including at least one celebrity." Tony Parker sustained eye injury in the bar brawl, and sued the club for $20 million.
"The defendants were reckless, careless and negligent in permitting Drake's entourage and Brown's entourage to be in the club at the same time despite known tension between the two," the NBA star complained in his lawsuit.
The club was shut down by authorities after the brawl before reopened a few days later.
