Hip-Hop producer Infamous said he had tried to send the rapper a letter about the beats in 'Skate On' but got no response.

AceShowbiz - The Game is accused of stealing beats from Hip-Hop producer Infamous. In his lawsuit, Infamous claimed that he was never paid for his work that appeared on the rapper's mixtape "California Republic".
Infamous aka Marco Rodriguez filed the lawsuit in California, saying he had been working for Game several times, therefore he trusted him with new beats that he sent in 2010. The deal was for Game to listen to them and decide whether he wanted to use them.
A deal was never reached with Game but the beats came up in the song "Skate On". Shocked, Infamous sent a letter to Game in April to straighten things out but he never got any response. He has now taken a legal action for Game to pay him $100,000 for damages. He usually gets $20-$25,000 per song, TMZ reported.
"California Republic" was released on April 5 this year in anticipation of Game's studio album "F.I.V.E.: Fear is Victory's Evolution". It was made available for free online.
