Jack Black and Kyle Gass had to stop the concert midway after Metro police found out that a man had lost a huge amount of blood due to stabbing.

AceShowbiz - Tenacious D's concert at the Mandalay Bay's House of Blues in Vegas on Saturday, July 28 night had to be shut down due to stabbing. A man was left bloodied from a wound in the knee and another man was reportedly in custody.

The incident happened around 15 minutes into the rock comedy band's show. According to a witness who attended the show, shoving and pushing occurred at "stage-left-side bar on the venue's downstairs level and the short staircase to the floor." Security then pulled some people off the crowd but most were unaware that a pool of blood had stained the floor.

A few minutes later the witness told Las Vegas Weekly that Metro police arrived and treated the place as crime scene. Vocalist Jack Black then told the crowd, "This is no joke. Due to a serious situation we're shutting it down. We can only play one more song, but we're gonna rock it out." They played "Tribute" before exiting the stage.

The stab victim was rushed to hospital and is expected to recover. Meanwhile, police is detaining one person and is reportedly not looking for other suspects.
