A representative for the Safety and Health Administration won't pry into the accident on 'The Hive' set that causes its lead actress a head injury.

AceShowbiz - Halle Berry's on-set accident won't be investigated, a state official told Los Angeles Times. The head injury she got during the filming of her new thriller "The Hive" in Los Angeles is not serious enough to require investigation by the Safety and Health Administration.
"The incident was not reported to Cal/OSHA and was not required to be reported," the federal agency spokesperson Peter Melton commented on the accident. "She was released from the hospital quickly, so we will not be investigating."
The former Bond girl reportedly took a nasty fall and hit her head on the concrete while filming a fight scene for the upcoming movie. "If she just fell on a concrete floor, we're not going to go seal off the floor and say it's dangerous," the rep added.
The mother of one was taken by ambulance to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for a precaution and was released soon after. Her injury is described as minor and she will "continue production as planned," her representative said.
In "The Hive" directed by Brad Anderson, Berry plays an emergency call center operator who takes a call from a teenage girl who has been kidnapped and carried away in the trunk of a car. The abducted girl is played by Abigail Breslin.
