The newly released single, which contains seductive lyrics, is lifted off JoJo's upcoming third album 'Jumping Trains'.

AceShowbiz - JoJo has debuted a new track "Demonstrate" that reveals a more mature side of her. In this slow R&B jam, the 20-year-old songstress sings about "sexual anxiety." The song opens with an entrancing guitar riff before the former "America's Most Talented Kids" contestant grooves into a slow beat as she starts singing.

The sexy track showcases the young singer's vocal range as she croons low notes as well as some higher tones. "I know I can demonstrate / And I can let my body explain / I know I can demonstrate / So I'mma make it simple and plain / You just need to come over," she belts out the seductive lyrics.

"Demonstrate" will be featured in JoJo's eagerly anticipated third album "Jumping Trains", which is slated to come out later this year. The lead single of the set "Disaster" was released on September 2011.

The newly released track was produced by Noah "40" Shebib, who is known as a frequent Drake collaborator. It will be available on iTunes on August 28.

The "Baby It's You" songstress has explained the album's title "Jumping Trains" is "very symbolic for a variety of reasons." She said that "moving from Boston to L.A., transitioning from being a girl to being a young woman, living on my own, taking a different direction sonically, and just really finding myself and just jumping into a new chapter of life," were the things that would be reflected in her new record.
