The British comic reportedly has rebounded from his marriage to Katy Perry with the petite brunette.

AceShowbiz - Russell Brand reportedly has moved on from his marriage to Katy Perry with former CAA talent agent Isabella, who is also the younger sister of "Dallas" actress Jordana Brewster. The British comedian has been seen spending time with Isabella in California since last month.
"It's been going on for a few weeks. He really likes her," an insider told Us Weekly, adding "She's cute. She is all over him and Russell loves it." The dating report came on the heels of Russell and Katy's divorce being finalized. The stars are no longer legally married per July 16.
Prior to being romantically linked to Russell, Isabella dated Bradley Cooper in 2009 and Milo Ventimiglia in 2010. Russell himself was once said still in love with Katy after the divorce but lately he would burst up in anger whenever her name is brought up. He reportedly said in a taping of his new show, "Enough of you. I've had enough a**-ache from people called Katy in the last year."
