Movie

Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner dish on the 'true love' between Edward and Jacob, while Kristen Stewart gushes about her feeling about filming the last 'Twilight Saga' movie.

AceShowbiz - "The Twilight Saga's Breaking Dawn Part II" has opened the Hall H panel at this year's Comic-Con on Thursday, July 12. Being one of the most anticipated presentations at the convention, the panel was attended by the film's leading cast members Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner as well as author Stephenie Meyer.

Pattinson and Lautner discussed their caharacters' relationship in the final chapter of the "Twilight Saga" film series, in which they finally become friends after competing for Bella's love for so long. "We've always had that relationship, right?" Lautner asked to which Pattinson responded, "Yeah, I give him my daughter. I sacrifice my daughter to him."

"That's true love. Basically, this one is a love story between Edward and Jacob," the Edward depicter continued, before the Jacob depicter added, "Yeah, the relationship between all three of us is a little bit different. It's always been this complicated triangle, and now it's a square. No. It's become much less complicated."

Stewart, meanwhile, opened up that she felt bittersweet that it's getting closer for her to bid goodbye to the hugely popular vampire film franchise. "It is funny. If you told me tomorrow that we had to have reshoots of some scenes that they weren't happy with, I'd be so happy that I'd start vibrating because I do really enjoy playing this role," she said.

"We got to do it for four years," she added. "When you do that, even though it is a bummer to walk away, I look back on it so fondly that I hold it and it's something I'll always have. I'm really thankful for that."

When asked what they would feel if the "Twilight Saga" was getting rebooted someday, each of the cast members had their own opinion. Pattinson said, "I think that would be amazing! I would love to see that!" Still, he stressed, "I pity the person who takes over my part. I would destroy them. I would make a campaign against them."

While Lautner gushed, "That would be interesting, for sure," Stewart said, "What's really great about this, though, and the reason for turning that last page is what it is. You just have a faith it's done. I have a very insider's perspective because I played her, but if anything else happened, I swear to god, please leave them alone!"

In addition to the famous trio, the "Breaking Dawn II" panel was attended by other cast members including Mackenzie Foy, Peter Facinelli, Elizabeth Reaser, Nikki Reed, Kellan Lutz, Ashley Greene and Jackson Rathbone.

The first seven minutes of the highly anticipated movie were also screened for the audience. It highlighted Bella as she tried out her new vampire strength and speed for the first time. The heroine was also seen battling a mountain lion.

"Breaking Dawn II" will make its way out onto the U.S. theaters on November 16.
