AceShowbiz - Recent tragedy that struck Tameka Foster has softened ex-husband Usher. The R 'n' B singer has made some changes in their divorce settlement that will give Foster the primary custody of their two sons.
Foster's son from her previous marriage was declared brain dead after a boating accident where his head was hit by a jet ski. Immediately after incident, Usher lent his support by chartering a plane for Foster to be by her son's side. And he has apparently continued to make things easier for her.
Usher initially offered Foster to settle up, increasing his child support slightly, but she said no. Sources told TMZ that Usher re-thought it over and crafted a new proposal in which Foster will take "a majority" of custody of Usher V, 4, and Naviyd, 3, and he will raise his child support offer "significantly."
The proposal reportedly has not reached Foster's hands but she's open to a "reasonable settlement."
