Carly Rae Jepsen and Owl City Film Video for 'Good Time'

The 'Call Me Maybe' hitmaker and the 'Fireflies' singer go to New York City to shoot a fun and hot music video for their collaboration.

, who has caught the attention of millions of people with her catchy song "Call Me Maybe", is getting ready to promote a new single. Collaborating with , she has filmed a music video for an infectious summer anthem called "Good Time".

"Just landed in NYC! Shooting the Good Time video with @owlcity TMR! Pray for sun!" the Canadian singer tweeted. One-man band Adam Young, meanwhile, uploaded on his Twitter page a picture reflecting the warm sunny day from the video set.

Talking to MTV News on the video set, Carly gave a hint at the upcoming clip, "I would say it's fun, it's carefree and it's ... I love it, spontaneous." The "Fireflies" hitmaker additionally stated, "My three words, they're a little bit intense, but I would say, it's really hot."

"Good Time" is expected to appear in Owl City's second studio album "" which is due later this year. The chorus of the song has the pair singing, "We don't even have to try/ It's always a good time" with a crowd chanting along with them in the background.

Young branded their collaboration as a "happy accident." He gushed, "The final product rarely exceeds your expectations, and this thing just kind of happened." He added, "It was this whole worlds-collide thing, and it was kind of dream come true."
