Deena Nicole Cortese doesn't get criminal charges, but is warned by judge not to take 'police officers away from a job they have to do' again.

AceShowbiz - "Jersey Shore" member Deena Nicole Cortese escaped criminal charges after being arrested on a disorderly conduct charge for drunkenly dancing on the street last month. She, however, didn't walk away freely as judge ordered her to pay $139 in fines.
25-year-old Deena was cited for "failing to use the sidewalk." She told judge Municipal Court Judge Dan Sahin, "I'm sorry if I caused any trouble," to which the judge replied, "Ms. Cortese, please keep in mind you're taking police officers away from a job they have to do."
"The officers here are not the New York City Police Department; we're not 1,000-strong," Sahin continued lecturing the reality TV star of how she took up valuable time of the Seaside Heights police that could spend it better by helping others in need. "They've got a tough job to do."
In addition to being scolded by the judge, Deena also got some words from her mother Joann Cortese. "He doesn't want to see you in that courtroom again," she told her daughter before exchanging "I love you." The mother-daughter duo then hugged and kissed goodbye.
Deena was arrested in New Egypt one day after the "Jersey Shore" gang got into a fight with some clubgoers at the Seaside Heights hotspot Bamboo Bar. She was briefly detained before being released after her parents bailed her out of jail that day.
