AceShowbiz - Another teaser for "Dexter" season 7 has been shared, offering glimpses of new footage from the upcoming chapter. In less than 5 seconds, more than four dozen shots are flashed, including a scene which sees Dexter and Debra in front of a fire. There are additionally some flashback scenes that give a look at the two as kids.

When the crime series returns Sunday, September 30 at 9 P.M. on Showtime, the story will pick up right where the season 6 finale left off. "Viewers might think we shy away from that moment of Debra walking in and seeing Dexter stabbing into Travis' chest, but it's just the opposite. She now has to deal with what she's seen and what she knows. And it forces him to defend and define himself," executive producer Scott Buck has stated.

The first two minutes of the upcoming season opener are going to be debuted during the show's panel at San Diego Comic-Con on Thursday, July 12 in Ballroom 20. Lead actors Michael C. Hall and Jennifer Carpenter as well as Yvonne Strahovski, who will guest star as a strong, independent woman Hannah McKay, are scheduled to attend the event.
