Chris Zylka will reportedly play a character named Daniel, who is described as the 'most beautiful boy in the world.'

AceShowbiz - Another actor has been added to the cast ensemble of "American Horror Story". Chris Zylka, whose show "The Secret Circle" was recently canceled by The CW, is tapped to join the second season of the FX horror series.

"Ryan Murphy, thank God, let me finally announce tonight that I will be a cast member on the second season of 'American Horror Story'," so the 27-year-old actor/model revealed about his involvement in the Ryan Murphy-created series. "It is a thrill, an honor, a challenge."

Zylka, who lands a role as Eugene "Flash" Thompson in "The Amazing Spider-Man", went on gushing, "Honestly, it was as big a thrill to book that show as it was to get a part in 'The Amazing Spider-Man'. I cannot believe I will get to be in the same room as Jessica Lange, let alone work with her."

"I am a lucky, lucky guy. I, of course, cannot tell you who or what I am playing or anything about the story yet. Ryan only gave me the okay to say I was in the show. I'm not going to do anything to jeopardize that," he told Entertainment Weekly when met at the superhero film premiere on Thursday, June 28 night.

While Zylka kept his lips sealed when asked about details of his role, the site learns that he will portray a deaf-mute character named Daniel. He is additionally dubbed the "most beautiful boy in the world."

"AHS" season 2 will bring back several original cast members from season 1, including Lange, Zachary Quinto, Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters and Lily Rabe. Singer Adam Levine will join them as one half of "The Lovers."
