'Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter' Unveils New Intense Clips
Movie

Abe is seen learning how to use his anger as his 'real power' in one clip, and fighting twenty vampires at the same time in another.

AceShowbiz - 20th Century Fox has unleashed two new clips for "Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter". One of them is titled "Real Power", and shows young Abe being taught how to use his anger as his strength by a mentor. He is seen recalling all the bad memories about his mother's death and using the negative energy to aggressively chop down a tree with an axe.

In the other snippet, which is titled "Waltz of Death", the America's 16th President is featured already becoming an expert in using the axe. He is challenged by a villainous vampire to fight not just one but twenty bloodsuckers at the same time.

"Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter" has recently thrown its special screening at the USS Abraham Lincoln, which patrolled the Middle Eastern waters. Lead actor Benjamin Walker showed up in full costume of the iconic President and greeted thousands of sailors aboard the Navy aircraft carrier.

"Becoming Abe abroad the USS Abraham Lincoln and walking the halls was an experience I'll never forget," Walker said of his experience. "It gave the sailors a chance to feel a bit of Hollywood magic that I hope they won't forget either."

In the upcoming thriller, Abe is not only described as an iconic politician, but also as a man who dedicates his life to destroy the vampires with his trusty axe after his mother was killed by those vampires. He continues to hunt the immortal beings all the way through his presidency.

Directed by Timur Bekmambetov, "Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter" will make its way out onto the U.S. theaters on June 22.
