Amber Portwood, famous from MTV's reality show "Teen Mom", has been sentenced to five years in jail. The mother of one was busted for drugs possession in December and has since refused rehab option for plea bargain.

Portwood asked an Indiana judge to reimpose her sentence, and on Tuesday, June 5 morning, the judge enforced the terms of her plea agreement. Portwood's lawyer asked for leniency but the judge was unmoved, TMZ reported.

Portwood will be taken to the Indiana Department of Corrections therapeutic community program which is an incarceration-based treatment program. She will be given credit for time served in jail.

In the final season of "Teen Mom" which premieres June 12, Portwood's castmates wished her "nothing but the best". Catelynn Lowell said, "Amber has told me before that she hopes that girls learn from her mistakes."
