AceShowbiz - Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel threw a party to celebrate their engagement, five months after he popped the question to her. The couple invited such close friends as Timbaland, Lance Bass, JC Chasez, Trace Ayala, Ellen DeGeneres, Portia DeRossi and Amy Adams to the soiree. Biel's parents, Kimberly and Jonathan, were in attendances as well.
The party was hosted by Biel's stylist and Timberlake's longtime friend, Estee Stanley, at her Los Angeles home. The actress donned a leopard-print halter dress with a pink belt, while the former NSYNC star rocked a black suit and fedora. "Justin and Jessica arrived at the party looking very excited," a source told PEOPLE.
"Estee created a very warm, welcoming and festive party for the couple," the source continued. Guests were treated to gourmet appetizers served by Wolfgang Puck Catering along with wine and champagne. They danced to popular hits, including Madonna's "Holiday", Michael Jackson's "Good Times", Whitney Houston's "I Wanna Dance with Somebody" and Usher's "OMG".
"Jessica and Justin were mingling both separately and together throughout the party," another insider testified to Us Weekly. "Jessica seems to be very close with Justin's friends and vice versa. You can see that they have been dating for a long time and really know each others friends and family well. The party was a fun celebration and a preview of what's to come with the wedding."
Some of the guests gave their speech dedicated to the engaged couple during the 100-attendee private party. The source from PEOPLE claimed the "Friends with Benefits" actor was "touched" by Timbo's remarks. "You could tell that they have a very special friendship," the source said. The couple returned to their Hollywood Hills home after leaving the bash at 12:30 A.M.
