New 'True Blood' Season 5 Trailer: Russell Edgington Is on the Loose

Aired on HBO before the Sunday, May 27 episode of 'Game of Thrones', this brand new promo offers more on what to expect from the latest season of the hit vampire drama series.

AceShowbiz - HBO is hyping up fans' expectation on the new season of "True Blood". Two weeks away from the Season 5 premiere of the hit vampire drama series, the cable network aired a brand new trailer that gives more hints on what to expect and highlights on the return of Denis O'Hare's Russell Edgington.

Coming out just before the Sunday, May 27 episode of "Game of Thrones", the promo video teases scenes involving Lafayette, Sookie, Bill and Roman among others. One snippet sees Sookie screaming, "A 3000-year old vampire wants to suck my blood. Must be Thursday!", while another one hears Bill saying, "There's a leak somewhere."

The fifth season of "True Blood" will have its debut on Sunday, June 10 at 9/8c. The first episode will see Sookie and Lafayette struggling with the aftermath of Tara's shooting, Eric getting a visit from the Vampire Authority, and the werewolf pack coming after Sam. Christopher Meloni joins the cast as the leader of The Vampire Authority, Roman.
