The actor's neighbor is annoyed that his letters, phone calls and police summon did not succeed in stopping him to party at all hours.

AceShowbiz - One neighbor can't stand Wilmer Valderrama's constant partying ways. The former "That '70s Show" actor is sued by his next door neighbor Baruch Eichenbaum for making too much noise at his Los Angeles home.

The lawsuit, which was filed in L.A. Country Superior Court and obtained by TMZ, said that Eichenbaum is bothered by "ongoing and continuing loud and disturbing noises from the property". Valderrama allegedly parties at all hours of the day and night. The neighbor is also disturbed by the barking of the actor's dogs.

The lawsuit was Eichenbaum's last resort to get some peace. He claimed he had sent Valderrama at least seven letters and made dozens of phone calls to Valderrama but did not succeed. Eichenbaum also took other measures such as calling the police and animal control but Valderrama kept disturbing his sleep with his parties.

Valderrama's neighbor wants a judge to get him to tone down the parties and demands unspecified monetary damages.
