The actress and her husband of 18 months, Simone Sestito, have had mediation that requires none of them paying spousal support.

AceShowbiz - Mena Suvari's 18-month marriage to Simone Sestito ended amicably with neither party need to fork out money for each other every month. Sestito, an Italian concert promoter, previously asked the actress to pay him $17,151 a month in spousal support as term of his divorce.

A representative for Suvari told TMZ, "They have amicably resolved their financial differences outside of mediation and court," adding "Neither party will pay the other any support." It is yet clear whether Suvari will still pay the additional $10k for attorney fees.

In his documents, Sestito claimed that his estranged wife makes $750,000 a year, while he has "negative balances" on both of his personal and business accounts. Suvari asked the judge to block his petition in her divorce papers.

Suvari and Sestito began dating in 2007, got married in June 2010 and she filed for divorce in January this year. "There are many reasons why things don't work out," she explained, "and I think at some point you have to acknowledge that and work towards maintaining your own happiness. You have to surround yourself with people who love you and want the best for you. I call this process weeding my garden."

Suvari was previously married to cinematographer Robert Brinkmann from 2000 to 2005.
