AceShowbiz - Deadmau5 and DJ Pauly D were involved in a heated war of words on Twitter recently. The feud started after the disc jokey, who's known for his mouse headpiece, criticized the "Jersey Shore" star's "Night of My Life" music video for being too dull.
The criticism was a reply to Pauly D's tweet that read, "So how do you like the video?" Deadmau answered him by writing, "Well since you asked, i didn't really enjoy it. it looked like it cost about $150 to make, and nothing really creative about it."
He added in a series of tweets, "Yer 'overmarketing' the hell out of it. just being honest. your fans aren't idiots. engage them, and the music will do the selling. aint no fight, just some advice. take it or leave it. the f**k am i supposed to say? 'great job! keep it up! these old bulls**t music business models still work great!' as the f**k if."
The beef continued with Pauly D replying, "T-Shirt $40 Jeans $120 Hair Gel $12 Being Hated On By Deadmau5 #Priceless." To this posting, Deadmau fired back, "Hating? the f**k? you clearly don't know me enough if you thought that was 'hating'. was just some friendly-ish advice."
Deadmau then wrote, "I'll just leave it at: 'Don't blame your failure on haters. If everyone thinks you suck, they're not haters, they're right.' - Daniel Tosh," In response, Pauly D posted, "Maybe He Just Needs Some Cheese To Go With His Whine ... #WheresMyMau5Trap."
