John Travolta's Second Accuser Drops Lawsuit but Hires Gloria Allred

John Doe Number Two follows the steps of John Doe Number One to fire Okorie Okorocha and work with the famous celebrity lawyer.

AceShowbiz - As John Travolta and his lawyer Marty Singer hoped for, the second masseuse who sued the actor for sexual assault has withdrawn his $2 million federal lawsuit. However, John Doe Number Two is hiring famed lawyer Gloria Allred who recently announced her representation of John Doe Number One.

The previous lawyer, Okorie Okorocha, said on Thursday, May 17 morning, "I got the message this morning. He asked me to file a dismissal. We had a great relationship and I really liked the guy, but he has a new lawyer now. (He) is going forward with his case." Okorocha was also dropped by John Doe Number One.

John Doe Number Two claimed in his lawsuit that Travolta grabbed him in the buttocks and crotch during the actor's stay at a hotel in Atlanta, Georgia. The plaintiff also said that Travolta masturbated in front of him and forced him to touch the actor in the anus area.

Singer responded to the lawsuit at that time, "The problem in America is anyone can sue anyone. However, in this case this unidentified plaintiff and his lawyer will regret they filed this fabricated suit. We intend to sue both of them for malicious prosecution."

Meanwhile, Allred is "in the process of conferring with him [John Doe Number One] regarding the next steps, which he may wish to take."
