First Footage of NBC's New Shows: 'Chicago Fire', 'New Normal', 'Revolution', and More

The firefighter drama shows an intense rescue scene in the clip, while the J.J. Abrams sci-fi series gives a look at the world before and after the blackout in the preview video.

On the same day NBC unveiled its 2012-2013 primetime line-up, the first sneak peeks to its new shows made their way out online. Among them is a clip from "" which follows a team of firefighters as they try to keep their team intact in a room set ablaze by fire.

"", a new comedy from "" creator Ryan Murphy, is previewed in a clip which shows a gay couple, played by and , interviewing a woman (), who is a potential surrogate.

A preview from J.J. Abrams' "" opens with a man who looks panicked as he tells his friend over the phone that everything is going to be turned off. After the blackout, a girl named Charlie, who just lost her father, tries to find her uncle and save her kidnapped brother.

"" has a clip which shows 's Ryan, who recently lost his wife in a car accident, questions the qualifications of his new therapist. In a sneak peek of "", a hilarity ensues as the President of United States () is almost hurt in a silly accident.
