It is now confirmed that 'Khloe & Lamar' will be discontinued due to the couple's decision to focus on other things.

AceShowbiz - Khloe Kardashian and husband Lamar Odom finally revealed their side of story in the termination of their reality show "Khloe & Lamar". The couple confirmed that the show is not canceled, but they have chosen "to take a break this summer. ...We just want to take a little time off for Lamar to be with family time, kids, basketball, Olympics, you never know. So, we have a lot on our plate right now."

TMZ previously reported that Lamar wanted to focus on his sports career which has suffered a beating after he's inactivated from the Dallas Mavericks. He reportedly would come back to Los Angeles and train in hope to play the Olympics in summer and on NBA next season. As a result, the reality show comes second.

Before the official announcement from Khloe and Lamar, E! reportedly tried to convince the couple to re-consider. Khloe's rep said, "The show is not canceled. We don't know what the future holds, but it will depend on their schedules and on Lamar's basketball schedule."

Meanwhile, the engine is still running for "Keeping Up with the Kardashians". In a bid to create a good press, the sisters met their "Saturday Night Live" impersonators, Nasim Petrad (Kim), Abby Elliott (Khloe) and Vanessa Bayer (Kourtney) during E! 2012 Upfront event in NYC Monday, April 30.
