The 'American Idol' rocker announced the birth of his baby girl, giving details of her weights and name.

AceShowbiz - "American Idol" alum Bo Bice is welcoming new addition to his family. The rocker's wife, Caroline, gave birth to their fourth child on Monday, April 23.
The singer, who announced the happy news on his official website, shared a photo of the newborn and the name they gave her. Daughter Merrin Elizabeth Joy Bice weighed 8 pounds and 11 ounces at time of birth. "Both mom and baby are doing great!" the announcement said.
Merrin joins big brothers Aidan, 6, Caleb, 3, and Ean, 2. Their parents wed in 2005, just weeks after he finished second to Carrie Underwood on "Idol".
Bice has until May 10 to spend time with the new baby before he hits the road in Murfreesboro, N.C. for the starter of his summer tour. In March he told Billboard that he's working on a Christian EP.
