The E! News host and her husband, Bill, have just announced that they are expecting their first child via a gestational surrogate, revealing that the baby is due in late summer.

AceShowbiz - Giuliana Rancic is not hiding her excitement over her baby news. After sharing to the public that she and husband Bill Rancic are expecting their first child via a gestational carrier, the 37-year-old TV personality joked on Twitter about what name she doesn't expect people suggest to her for her baby's name.
On Monday, April 23, a tweet is posted on E! News' account, and it read, "We want to know what you think @GiulianaRancic should name her baby (boy or girl). Use #BabyG to make suggestions." As her response, the entertainment news program's anchor retweeted the post and simply added a piece of her mind, "#NotBilliana:)"
Having been through failed IVF treatments and a miscarriage, Giuliana told E! News how she and Bill felt about having their baby. The "Fashion Police" co-host told E! News, "We are so thrilled that our prayers have been answered." Bill chimed in, "We are absolutely ecstatic to be sharing this with everyone who has been following our journey."
The couple, who got married in 2007, announced they are expecting on the "Today" show on Monday. During the interview, they confessed to have learned about the sex of their child. Giuliana, however, stated that they are keeping it to themselves for now. "We're seeing how long we can keep it secret," she said.
A clip from their Style Network reality show, "Giuliana & Bill", that captures the moment the pair learned about the happy news has been shared. In it, their fertility specialist Dr. William Schoolcraft told them on the phone, "We've got the pregnancy test. It's uh...completely 100 percent positive. She's carrying a baby."
Giuliana immediately bursts into tears as she said, "Oh my God." The doctor then added, "Everything went as well as I could have dreamed. Congratulations." In return, emotional Giuliana replied, "Thank you, we're so happy, thank you so much."
