Evans, who split from boyfriend of four months Gary Head on Sunday, belted out angry lyrics to Red Jumpsuit Apparatus' 'Face Down'.

AceShowbiz - The split between "Teen Mom" season 2 star Jenelle Evans and boyfriend of four months Gary Head is getting ugly. After trashing and accusing Head of physical abuse, Evans posted a video which is dedicated to him on YouTube.

"This is dedicated to Gary Motherf**king Head," she said on the video before singing along angrily to Red Jumpsuit Apparatus' "Face Down" in a car with her friend. The song has lyrics such as, "Do you feel like a man when you push her around? Do you feel better now as she falls to the ground? You cry alone and then he swears he loves you."

On Sunday, April 8, Evans announced that she broke up with Head and that she was "very depressed". The mother of one put up the video a day after and later elaborated about the split, "What hurts the worst is he doesn't give two f**ks how I'm feeling". She claimed she called the cops but did not want to press charges because she didn't want to jeopardize his career in the Marines.

Head denied the accusation that he got physical with her during an argument. "I never hit her," he tweeted. He also tweeted to one follower, "Getting girls has never been a problem for me. That's why I left Jenelle for someone better." Evans tweeted again on Monday, "He is being kicked out and [he's] $9,000 in debt. He's about to lose it all."
