In the documents submitted on Friday, April 6 afternoon, the "Project Runway" host cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. She is also requesting primary physical custody of their four children, 7-year-old Leni, 6-year-old Henry, 5-year-old Johan and 2-year-old Lou, with visitation rights for 49-year-old Seal.
Klum additionally seeks to have her maiden name restored and asks the judge to reject any claim for spousal support by both parties.
