First 'Avengers' Clip: Black Widow Knocks Russian Thugs Down With Arms Tied

Black Widow lets out her inner lady killer in a first clip for Marvel's "". The sexy heroine portrayed by is seen being kept captive by a group of Russian thugs. With both arms being tied behind her back to a chair, Black Widow manages to fight the bad guys aggressively. She finally breaks free by backflipping the chair on one of them.

Black Widow will be one of the famous Marvel Comics superheroes that will appear in the upcoming star-studded comic book movie. She will be joined by Captain America, Thor, Iron Man, The Hulk and Hawkeye in defeating Loki, a foe that no single heroes could ever withstand.

Directed by Joss Whedon, "The Avengers" also stars , , , , , and . Before arriving in cinemas across the U.S. on May 4, the highly anticipated movie is set to close the 2012 Tribeca Film Festival in New York on April 28.
