Bomer's Cooper Anderson and Criss' Blaine cover the Gotye song to express their feelings about their ongoing sibling rivalry when the former returns to Lima from Hollywood.

AceShowbiz - To tide fans over "Glee" return, FOX has released a new clip from the new episode. It gives a look at Matthew Bomer and Darren Criss' duet of Gotye's "Somebody That I Used to Know", which appears to be a reference to the rough relationship between their characters, Cooper and Blaine Anderson.

"Like any relationship with brothers, it's complicated and complex. It's a competitive relationship, a loving relationship," the "White Collar" actor previously said of the siblings. When he returns to Lima from New York, Cooper wants "to rekindle a relationship with his brother... He wants to help usher him in to that success in the best way he knows how."

In addition to the Andersons' sibling rivalry, the upcoming outing of "Glee" will see Quinn trying "to be optimistic in the wake of her accident." Meanwhile, "Sue gets medical news that forces a change in her behavior, and Puck makes Finn a business proposal that could derail his future plans with Rachel."

The new episode of "Glee" titled "Big Brother" will air Tuesday, April 10 at 8/7c on FOX. Sometime in the remainder of season 3, Jonathan Groff will return to reprise his role as Jesse St. James since the actor recently confirmed, "Yes, I just finished filming a new episode" for the musical series. He added that he'll "be going back and forth to shoot more" when his schedule allows.
