The estranged husband of Jennifer Lopez is joined in the lineup by the likes of Jason Aldean, Martina McBride, The Band Perry and Lady Antebellum.

AceShowbiz - Marc Anthony is set to join some of today's biggest country music singers for a special concert in honor of Lionel Richie. Joined by two other newly-confirmed guests Darius Rucker and Big & Rich, he and the other stars will tape the gig on April 2 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas for a later airing on April 13 on CBS.

Dubbed "ACM Presents: Lionel Richie and Friends - In Concert", the show will feature some of Richie's greatest hits. Anthony will collaborate with Sara Evans in "Endless Love", Big & Rich will deliver "Brick House", while Rucker is expected to do a duet with Richie on "Stuck on You", a song re-recorded for his newly-released album "Tuskegee".

The other scheduled performers are Jason Aldean ("Say You Say Me"), Luke Bryan ("Running with the Night"), Martina McBride ("Still"), The Band Perry ("Penny Lover"), and Lady Antebellum ("Truly"). The duets, meanwhile, will feature Kenny Chesney, Tim McGraw, Jennifer Nettles, Kenny Rogers and Rascal Flatts.

The upcoming star-studded concert takes place just few days after country music community gathered in Las Vegas to celebrate the 47th Annual Academy of Country Music (ACM) Awards. Back then, Richie took the stage with host Blake Shelton to do a collaboration in "You Are", another re-recorded song from "Tuskegee".

Talking about doing a country crossover in his new album, Richie gushed, "I've always felt right at home in country because I was raised just down the road from Nashville in Tuskegee, Alabama, where I was immersed in country, R&B, gospel and classical music." Of the upcoming gig, he said it would be "a night that I will remember for the rest of my life."
