First Look at Katee Sackhoff as Mercenary Dahl in 'Riddick' Sequel

In addition to unveiling a first look photo of the female Nordic bounty hunter, Vin Diesel shares an image which provides a look at the alien predator that will be featured in the upcoming film.

AceShowbiz - After uncovering a first look at WWE star Dave Bautista as one of the bounty hunters in "Riddick" sequel, Vin Diesel shared a new photo that gives a first look at another villainous character. Taking to his Facebook page, the lead actor posted the on-set photo that sees Katee Sackhoff as Nordic mercenary Dahl.

Channeling her inner lady killer, the blond beauty looks tough in a sleeveless black outfit complete with skintight pants and a gun holster. Along with the picture, Diesel wrote a caption that read, "Not all Mercs are spineless... in fact some are downright sexy..." Diesel explained that the actress has wrapped filming on Friday, March 16 at 5.45 A.M. "after a long night of rain, action and wires."

Aside from Dahl's picture, Diesel posted an image that reveals a first look the monstrous alien predator that will be featured in the upcoming action pic. The gnarly-looking creature is seen showing off its sharp-pointed teeth behind what looks like a grating.

In the untitled Chronicles of Riddick sequel, Diesel will return as infamous Richard B. Riddick. Betrayed by his own kind and left for dead on a desolate planet, the spectacled anti-hero fights for survival against alien predators and becomes more powerful and dangerous than ever before.

Soon, mercenaries from throughout the galaxy descend on Riddick. With his enemies right where he wants them, the anti-hero unleashes a vicious attack of vengeance before returning to his home planet of Furya to save it from destruction.

Serving behind the lens for "Riddick" sequel is David Twohy, who also writes the screenplay. Also supporting the sci-fi pic are Jordi Molla as supervillain Santana, and Karl Urban as Lord Vaako. The movie still hasn't set a U.S. release date yet.
