Responding to In Touch magazine's recent headline, the 'Blind Side' actress and the 'Tower Heist' director insist in a joint statement that they 'have not seen nor spoken to each for over a decade.'

AceShowbiz - Sandra Bullock and Brett Ratner are anything but romantically involved. The "Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close" actress and the director of the "Rush Hour" franchise have just issued a joint statement that shoots down a recent report of them hooking up at an Oscars party.
"We think that it's incredibly sad that in these times, this magazine would resort to complete fabrication, solely for financial gain," read the statement released by Bullock's representative. "There is not a shred of accuracy in their story. We have not seen nor spoken to each for over a decade. We both had a great time after the Oscars, just not with each other."
Bullock and Ratner were forced to come out with the denial after In Touch magazine ran a cover story with the headline "Sandra's Risky New Romance". The caption of the cover partially read, "Two years after her divorce, she's finally opened her heart and learned to trust again," while the tabloid reported that the duo were spotted "kissing" and "cuddling" at "an after-hours party on Oscar night" last February 26.
