The former 'Frasier' actor and his 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' ex-wife have agreed to joint custody of their two young children around nine months after he filed for sole physical custody.

AceShowbiz - Although their marriage didn't end on a good note, Kelsey Grammer and ex-wife Camille Donatacci managed to reach an amicable settlement when it comes to their two young children. The former couple have finally agreed to joint custody of their 10-year-old daughter Mason and 7-year-old son Jude, TMZ reported.

According to court documents, the custody battle between 56-year-old Kelsey and 43-year-old Camille has officially been taken off calendar. No further details were disclosed to the public, but the gossip site claimed that the kids will live with Camille in Los Angeles, while Kelsey will be allowed "meaningful contact" with them.

News of the custody settlement came around nine months after Kelsey filed for sole physical custody of the two kids. In his May 2011 filing, the former "Frasier" actor asks for new custody agreement, which offers Camille time with the kids during half of their summer and half of their winter break, to begin after July 2.

In response, Camille fired back with her own petition in early June. Saying that Kelsey's request for the kids' custody were "done in order to create a false impression to the media and to wrongfully disparage" her, the star of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" added that her ex only wants his son to live with him, but not his daughter.

Camille filed for divorce from Kelsey in 2010, and had it finalized in February 2011. Kelsey has since married girlfriend Kayte Walsh, who is 25 years his junior. As for the financial dispute between the former couple, TMZ reported that a settlement is close to being reached.
