Other beautiful ladies hitting the black carpet at the 5th Annual Essence Black Women in Hollywood Luncheon include Viola Davis, Octavia Spencer, Kelly Rowland and Jordin Sparks.

AceShowbiz - Essence magazine has hosted its 5th Annual Black Women in Hollywood Luncheon. On Thursday, February 23, a handful of Hollywood's beauties flocked the Beverly Hills Hotel in Beverly Hills, California in their best dress in celebration of "the brightest stars who have helped illuminate positive images of Black women worldwide."

Among those stealing the spotlight were Emma Stone and Paula Patton. Both were clad in white, but brought a different feel to the black carpet. The Eugenia Phelan of "The Help" looked lovely in her flirty frock, while the "Mission: Impossible Ghost Protocol" actress sizzled in her figure-hugging dress.

Stone wore a lace Elie Saab dress that cinched in at her waist and boasted a cut-out back. The 23-year-old finished her look with a pair of Brian Atwood heels, a Ferragamo bag and Van Cleef & Arpels jewelry. Patton, in the meantime, went with a Marchesa dress that features silver detailing on the bust. The 36-year-old also put on a pair of Giuseppe Zanotti pumps.

While Patton was present at the luncheon as one of the honorees, Stone was there, along with fellow cast member Viola Davis, to introduce her "The Help" co-star, Octavia Spencer, who came to the event wearing a custom animal print pencil skirt by Tadashi Shoji. Davis, meanwhile, opted to go with a simple and classic knee-length white dress.

Singers Kelly Rowland and Jordin Sparks also made an appearance at the luncheon. 31-year-old Rowland rocked a silver and gold tiger print dress with a split in the front, while 22-year-old Sparks chose to go with a glittering mini black dress. Other celebrities spotted included Kerry Washington and "Grey's Anatomy" creator Shonda Rhimes.
