Breezy is being investigated by the Miami Beach Police Department on suspicion of 'robbery by sudden snatching' after a woman alleged that he grabbed her iPhone and drove away.

is staring down another legal woe. The Florida State Attorney's Office is reportedly preparing an arrest warrant for the "I Can Transform Ya" singer on suspicion of "robbery by sudden snatching" after a woman accused him of snatching her iPhone outside a Miami Beach nightclub and drove away with it.

Deborah Doty, the public information officer for the Miami Police Department, suggested that the warrant will likely be issued on Thursday, February 23. "An incident report was filed against Mr. Brown, and the Florida State Attorney's Office will be issuing a warrant for his arrest this afternoon, I can't tell you what time, but it will be today," she told Radar Online.

Breezy got into potential trouble after Christal Spann filed a police report against him. In her papers, the 24-year-old Miami resident claimed that she and her friends saw the singer leaving the Cameo club with rapper early Sunday, February 19 morning. As Breezy entered a black Bentley, she approached the car and took a photo of him.

Breezy, however, reacted by reaching out of his car's window and grabbed her $500 white iPhone 4S from her hand. He was alleged telling her, "B***h, you ain't going to put that on no website." Christal continued on to note in her police report that the "Wet the Bed" singer then put his car window up and drove away.

It is unclear whether Breezy is still in possession of Christal's phone, but the Miami Beach Police Department is investigating the allegation. A representative for the Miami Beach Police Department stated, "The Department has not charged nor accused Mr. Brown with any crime."

Miami-Dade State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle additionally told the press, "My prosecutors are currently speaking with witnesses and reviewing all of the materials supplied by Miami Beach Police. Only after these reviews have been completed would any type of action be considered or taken."
