AceShowbiz - Zac Efron and Taylor Swift stole the limelight at the premiere of "The Lorax" on Sunday afternoon, February 19. The two shining stars grabbed the photographers' attention as they hit the orange carpet that rolled out outside the Universal Studios Hollywood.

Efron looked stylish with his casual number. The 24-year-old hunky actor was spotted rocking a white shirt and a Simon Spurr black leather jacket that he paired with denims and matching sneakers. He finished off his look with a white frame sunglasses.

On the other hand, Swift opted to go with a classy retro look. The blond country crooner looked gorgeous in a nude color frock with pared down accessories and a simple chignon. She completed her simple-but-chic look with a pair of champagne colored peep-toe heels.

Speaking to reporters about the kid-friendly movie, Swift gushed, "Dr. Seuss books were a huge huge part of my childhood and it really made me fall in love with the way you can make words bounce off a page if you get them in the right syncopation." She added that she was "inspired by what Dr. Seuss was able to do with words."

Joining Efron and Swift on the orange carpet were co-stars Danny DeVito and Betty White. DeVito, who donned a purple shirt and a brown blazer, tagged along his wife Rhea Perlman and daughter Lucy. Meanwhile, White, who wore a pastel colored top and trousers, was seen arriving solo. Ed Helms was also spotted at the event, donning a checkered shirt that he paired with a black jacket and denims.

An adaptation of Dr. Seuss' children's book of the same title, "The Lorax" centers on Efron's Ted who searches for a way to win the affection of the girl of his dreams, Swift's Audrey. To find it, he must discover the story of the Lorax, voiced by DeVito, a grumpy yet charming creature who fights to protect his world from destruction.

To arrive in the U.S. theaters on March 2, the fantasy movie is directed by filmmaker trio Chris Renaud, Cinco Paul and Ken Daurio.
