The host/creator of 'America's Next Top Model' says in an interview with the associate dean of Harvard Business School, 'Chase the passion. Chase the dream.'

AceShowbiz - Tyra Banks has opened up about the secret behind her successful career and business. The 38-year-old media mogul, who will graduate from Harvard Business School this month, revealed that being "vulnerable" is okay because "things don't always have to be perfect."

"You have a drive that the average person does not have. I've just started to take care of myself, and you need to do that, too," she went on when being interviewed by Youngme Moon on Tuesday, February 14. "Don't chase the money, even if you want to be a banker. Chase the passion. Chase the dream."

During the casual 90-minute chat, Banks additionally informed, "Strategy is my strength, but I have too much diversification." Comparing her character on "America's Next Top Model" to her real self, she said, "I wish I was hard. ... I have armor, but a strategic knife can still get in those creases."

In the interview, Banks also told Moon the reason behind her enrollment in the Owner/President Management Program of Harvard Business School in 2010. "There's a difference between a career and a business," she said. "I'm not looking to build a company based on fans."
