Informing fans about his latest hospitalization, the 'America's Got Talent' host reveals he had two blood clots in his lung and an enlarged ventricle on the right side of his heart.

AceShowbiz - Nick Cannon has just admitted that he has been warned that his work is going to kill him. A little over a month after he was hospitalized for a mild kidney failure, the "America's Got Talent" host informed fans during his 92.3 NOW morning radio show that he was admitted to the hospital once again for other health issues.

"I have been in the hospital since Friday [February 10], and actually, it's quite serious. I didn't even know," the 31-year-old opened up. "I was actually trying to downplay it a lot - even in my own mind - [and] not go to the hospital because I was having a lot of pain in my back and I thought it was the typical kidney pain that I had been experiencing, but I thought it had been a little bit heightened."

It turned out Cannon had "two blood clots" in his lungs. "I travel a lot. Anyone who flies a lot can be a victim to getting blood clots because it can start in your legs or your lower back. That, on top of my previous condition made me more prone to [getting blood clots]," he said. In addition to the clots, he revealed he also had an enlarged ventricle on the right side of his heart.

"My doctor was like, 'Luckily, you're in shape, because most people who get blood clots in their lungs can't breathe and they stop breathing, like, forever,' " he recalled. "I didn't have that symptom of not being able to breathe. I mean it hurt; I had pain; when I took deep breaths it really hurt, and I told my doctors about this and they hooked me up and everything's good now."

Though so, the husband of Mariah Carey admitted, "My doctor was saying that my work is going to kill me - and he's not joking." He went on to say, "I think part of the reason why my health did kind of deteriorate was because I wasn't resting a lot and I was doing too much. I was overworking myself, working out too much."
