2012 Annual Kids' Choice Awards Nominees Announced

'iCarly' thrive in the Funniest TV Sidekick category while 'Harry Potter' makes its mark in Favorite Movie and Favorite Book.

The nominees for the 25th Annual Kids' Choice Awards have been unveiled. Fans can vote for their favorite stars beginning March 1 on Nick.com in addition to a Facebook application and Twitter custom hash tags.

In television, "" dominates the field by being listed under Favorite TV Show and having four of its cast taking a nomination each. In movie, "Harry Potter" franchise takes three nominations including Favorite movie in addition to a nomination in Favorite Book. In the music categories, , and go head-to-head, all receiving two nods for Favorite Group/Female Singer and Favorite Song.

The ceremony to hand out the prizes will be held on Saturday, March 31 and aired live at 8 P.M. ET from USC's Galen Center in Los Angeles. takes over from to host this year.
