The upcoming Snow White film from director Tarsem Singh has been rescheduled to March 16, the same day when 'Wrath of the Titans' and 'The Pirates! Band of Misfits' will open in the U.S. theaters.

AceShowbiz - Fans of Tarsem Singh's comedic Snow White film, "Mirror Mirror", will have to wait a little longer before the movie arrives in theaters. On Thursday, January 26, Relativity Media announced that the release date for the classic tale pic has been pushed back until two weeks from its previous schedule.

The film was originally slated for a March 16 release, but it is now moved to March 30. With the new schedule, the Julia Roberts and Lily Collins-starring family movie is set to face up against Warner Bros. Pictures' Greek epic "Wrath of the Titans" and Columbia Pictures' one-stop motion pic "The Pirates! Band of Misfits".

The reschedule was made following a recent reshuffling of another Relativity's movie, "The Raven", which has been pushed back from March 9 to April 27. Of the new date, the studio explained the changed schedule will put "Mirror Mirror" within a week of the potentially lucrative Easter weekend.

Along with the new release date announcement, Relativity unleashed an international trailer for the anticipated Snow White movie. Offering plenty of colorful and comical scenes, the fresh promo video gives a longer look at the fair skinned princess in her struggle to reclaim her kingdom from the Evil Queen. It also sees some new scenes, including the one that sees the seven dwarves crashing a royal party.

"Mirror Mirror" is a retelling of one of the most beloved fables of all time. The film will eschew the traditional story in favor of a more modern tale full of comedy and adventure. After her evil stepmother kills her father and destroys the kingdom, Snow White bands together with a gang of seven quarrelsome dwarves to reclaim what is rightly hers.

In addition to Roberts and Collins, the film is supported by Armie Hammer, Nathan Lane, Sean Bean, Robert Emms, Mare Winningham and Michael Lerne.
