AceShowbiz - Miley Cyrus makes the headlines again for her provocative pose. This time, the former child star was caught in a photo that captures her sticking out her tongue on a penis-shaped cake. It was an x-rated birthday cake for her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth.
Hemsworth turned 22 on Friday, January 13 and they had a celebration the next night at Club Icon in Downtown Los Angeles. Cyrus bent down with her tongue towards the red phallic-shaped cake. In another photo, she held a huge cake knife, pretending to slice of the balls.
The photos which can be found on TMZ also show Cyrus' hard-partying ways. Sources told the website that the 19-year-old was "drinking alcohol and partying all night". Representative of the "The Last Song" actress has not responded.
Just last week, Cyrus was snapped by photographers wearing nothing underneath her black shirt. She was with male companions and her boyfriend was nowhere to be seen.
