AceShowbiz - Contrary to what has been suggested by earlier reports, Tracy Morgan was not drunk before falling unconscious at the 2012 Sundance Film Festival. A representative for the "30 Rock" star, has offered an explanation about what may have caused the comedian to be needing medical attention at Park City Medical Center in Utah.

In a statement released to the press, Lewis Kay explained, "From a combination of exhaustion and altitude, [Morgan] is seeking medical attention." The rep added that the 43-year-old actor is "with his fiance and grateful to the Park City Medical Center for their care."

Kay additionally slammed rumors that Morgan appeared to be "extremely intoxicated" as saying, "Any reports of [Morgan] consuming alcohol are 100|percent| false." The rep's claim was strengthened by the hospital's spokeswoman, Amy Roberts, who stated that no drugs or alcohol were found in the actor's system upon medical evaluation.

Morgan was rushed to a hospital in Park City, Utah on Sunday, January 22. TMZ at the time reported that the "Death at a Funeral" actor, who suffers from diabetes, collapsed after being escorted out of the building where the Creative Coalition Spotlight Awards was taking place.
