AceShowbiz - Brian Austin Green is waging a legal battle against Vanessa Marcil. On Friday, January 13, the 38-year-old actor filed a lawsuit against his ex-girlfriend, who is also the mother of his 9-year-old son, in Los Angeles County Superior Court, accusing her of failing to pay back the money he lent her when they were dating.
In the papers, the former "Beverly Hills, 90210" star claimed that he began writing checks to Marcil in January 2000, before she was pregnant with their child. He detailed that he lent her up to $50,000 at a time, and insisted that the money was not a gift. Accordingly, the loan has accumulated to a total of more than $200,000.
Green additionally noted that he and Marcil have an agreement each time he loaned her money that she would return the money whenever he asked for it. However, when the "Smallville" actor demanded her to repay him in November 2011, the Brenda Barrett Corinthos of "General Hospital" refused.
The husband of Megan Fox now sues his 43-year-old ex for breach of contract, breach of oral agreement and negligent misrepresentation. He seeks repayment of all the money plus unspecified damages.
