A man who claims that Beyonce Knowles and Jay-Z's big security force has tripled the stress of his wife and prevented him from seeing his newborn babies says, 'All I want is an apology.'

AceShowbiz - Amidst a lot of congratulatory messages they received after welcoming a baby girl, Beyonce Knowles and Jay-Z land in hot water. The powerhouse couple reportedly get complaints from one new dad who has his wife staying at Lenox Hill Hospital, the same facility Queen Bey delivered her tot.

According to New York Daily News, it's a man named Neil Coulon from Brooklyn who was furious at the "Countdown" singer and her rapper husband. The 38-year-old contractor claimed that "the stress of his wife delivering two premature girls was tripled by Beyonce's bodyguards treating Lenox Hill Hospital like an exclusive nightclub."

He's additionally upset for being banned from seeing his twins and having his relatives booted out of the waiting room. "Three times they stopped me from entering or exiting the NICU (Neo-natal Intensive Care Unit) and it happened once on Friday - just because they wanted to use the hallway," he stated.

Rumor has it, Bey and Jigga spent 1.3 million to rent the entire fourth floor of the hospital, but Neil was not the least bit impressed by it. "I know they spent $1.3 million and I'm just a contractor from Bed-Stuy, but the treatment we received was not okay," he scoffed. "My wife is just terribly upset. She had a C-section. She gave birth to twins. She is sore. Nobody needs this."

"They should have been more strategic about it," he said. "These are children with problems in intensive care and you're just going to take over the hospital like you own it? All I want is an apology." He added, "This is the NICU. Nobody cares if you're a celebrity. Nobody is star-gazing. They just want to see their children."

An anonymous staffer from the hospital confirmed the complaint. "Some people were upset," the staffer told the publication. "I heard a gentleman say he couldn't go upstairs to see his baby [Saturday]." A hospital rep, Anne Silverman, however, claimed she had not personally heard of it. "We take patient satisfaction very seriously," she insisted. "This is the first time I'm hearing about it."

Beyonce Knowles reportedly checked in to a private wing of Lenox Hill Hospital on late Friday, January 6 night under the name Ingrid Jackson and gave birth to the baby that very night. She and Jay-Z named the newborn Blue Ivy Carter. They got outpouring congratulations from fans and fellow celebs including Rihanna, Gwyneth Paltrow and Solange Knowles.

That day, there's already a report suggesting that doctors and nurses were not allowed to get to the floor, prompting a doctor to complain that he had patients to see.
