A rapper, who performs under the moniker of Maxamillion, claims the 'Black and Yellow' song is lifted from his own song called 'Pink and Yellow'.

AceShowbiz - Wiz Khalifa is facing a copyright infringement lawsuit. The Pittsburgh rapper, who claimed his fame through his debut single called "Black and Yellow", is accused of stealing the track from another rapper and songwriter named Max Gregory Warren a.k.a Maxamillion.
Warren has filed the legal papers at the United States District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania. The rapper claims the 2010 hit single was lifted from his own song called "Pink and Yellow" which he copyrighted in 2008. He seeks at least $2.3 million in damages.
Khalifa, whose real name is Cameron Jibril Thomaz, is named in the papers along with co-writers, Mikkel S. Eriksen & Tor Erik Hermansen (StarGate), who also produce the song. EMI Music Publishing, Rostrum Records, Warner Music Group and Atlantic Recording Corporation are included as defendants as well.
According to AllHipHop, Warren claims Khalifa and his team stole the concept for the song before his song was officially copyrighted. He accuses them of engaging "in a scheme to defraud plaintiff out of the fruits of his copyright of the Subject song," so he sues them "for fraud and deceit, copyright infringement, civil conspiracy and unjust enrichment."
Warren's camp declined to comment on the matter. Meanwhile, Khalifa, who copyrighted "Black and Yellow" in 2011, and his people at Atlantic Records didn't immediately respond to an email seeking comment.
