Nicki Minaj, Florence and the Machine Added to 'Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve'

Minaj and the Florence Welch band will be joined by LMFAO, The Band Perry, will.i.am, Lady GaGa, Justin Bieber and more at the event to take place on December 31.
