AceShowbiz - Days leading to the release of "Young Adult", a new red-band clip for the movie is unleashed. Featuring Beth Slade and Mavis Gary, played by Elizabeth Reaser and Charlize Theron respectively, it shows what happens when the former accidentally spills a drink on the latter's white top.
"F**k you. F**k you, you f**king b***h," Mavis yells at a stunned Beth while ignoring the other ladies in the neighborhood who are staring at them with horrified expression. Mavis then lets out what seems to be a half-hearted laugh. "It's a joke. .. I love your sweater," she says to Beth without really meaning it.
Coming out in limited theaters on December 9, the movie follows Mavis, a writer of teen literature who returns to her small hometown to relive her glory days and attempt to reclaim her happily married high school sweetheart (Patrick Wilson). When returning home proves more difficult than she thought, Mavis forms an unusual bond with a former classmate (Patton Oswalt) who hasn't quite gotten over high school either.
